Auction Guide

Registration is required to be able to bid, this is done anytime by using to Register Tab. Then you will receive an email with your password and you can then log in.

A 16.5% Buyer’s Premium applies.

All buyers must be familiar with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. A full list of terms and conditions is also displayed at the Registration Office

Absentee bids can be taken if you are unable to use online bidding. Absentee bids can be made over the phone or by dropping into our auction house during viewing times.

Paying and picking up

No Person is to get their items without paying for them or without permission. No goods can be taken during the auction.

Payments are to be made when picking up or if items are being delivered or posted please call us and we can arrange payment over the phone within 24 hours of the auction ending. Once paid, items can be picked up during business hours for the 3 days following the auction ending from 9 am to 5 pm daily.

Delivery
Gippsland New and Used Wares Delivery is available, please ask our staff for a quote. Delivery fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.
