Located in Meeniyan Vic, Gippsland, we are just 1.5 hours from Melbourne, Pandesal Bakery and Cafe was started by Stephen, an acclaimed baker with a passion to create natural bread without preservatives or additives. By using a long fermentation process, we achieved bread with more flavour, using only the basic ingredients: flour, water, and salt.

Sourdoughs are our focus – the process and fermentation can take up to 36 hours from start to finish.

This is a dog friendly café where you can eat in or outside. We offer a great variety of sourdoughs, Turkish loaves, ciabatta, polenta, fruit loaves, spelt sourdough, pastries and our famous toasties and much more. In fact, we have a different selection of bread and pastries made fresh every day.
