Phillip Island Coffee Co is proud to be the only coffee roasting house on Phillip Island. We roast all our coffee in store and we are passionate about providing our customers with the best blends and single origins available.

Roasting coffee brings out the aroma and flavour locked inside the green coffee beans.

A green bean has none of the characteristics of a roasted bean. Roasting causes chemical changes to take place as the beans are rapidly brought to very high temperatures. When they reach the peak of perfection, they are quickly cooled to stop the process.

Come and experience true roasted coffee while experiencing a wonderful time by our beautiful coastline.

Our family has a long business history on Phillip Island.and our staff are friendly, efficient, fun and dedicated to a top notch customer experience!
