The Prom Country Farmers’ Market aims to bring local community members and visitors a taste of our bountiful local produce. We also aim to support our local farmers and artisan producers by ensuring they have a direct outlet in which to sell their produce.

Ours is a friendly, authentic market proud of ensuring that our stallholders grow, make or catch their own products.

Prom Country stallholders have been instructed not to supply single use plastic bags since the market first began, so bring along your cloth bags and confidently hand them over to be stocked with your purchases.

The Prom Country Farmers Market is held in Foster where is a beautiful country town just 174 kilometres (108 mi) south-east of Melbourne on the South Gippsland Highway in Victoria, It is also about 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of the Gippsland coastline
