Make Trinculo Shipwreck a part of your Golden Beach vacation plans!

Trinculo Shipwreck and 90 Mile Beach is a 1.6 kilometre lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Golden Beach – Paradise Beach, Gippsland that offers scenic views and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking and bird watching.

This is a short beach walk out to the shipwreck site and a short distance further along to enjoy the views along the expansive beach. The Trinculo was grounded in 1879 along with another vessel that is now completely covered by sand.

The area has always been known as a dangerous zone for boats due to the raw power of the ocean in the area.

Take the walk to see the historic site plus take in the wildness of the area.
